Referendum. Please tell us what to do

I'm getting very confused about the water charges being proposed or not proposed, or might be proposed or not: by one or other arm, of the so called Stable Guv'mint.

Stable is right: there is a terrible smell of horseshit about all the announcements being made.

If that's not enough this shower of fibbers are now faced with a Referendum on a physical, or fiscal, or fish-able; European something or other.

I'm confused, why would I not be: a few weeks to go and no info being given out to assist us in our decision:  on Yea, or Neigh. More Guv'mint Horse Sense?

Get Phillo on the job quick, get him blathering and exaggerating, or bullying us into voting Yes, or maybe No , but at least tell us what to do, its important, it really is.

It's important that we know what the Guv'mint want us to do. It really is! Honestly!

Rural Housing Development Fees FCC

For many years Fingal County Council have levied a so called development fee for planning permission in NCD.

In 2010 (the last year for which I can find published figures) an individual had to pay €143 per square metre to build a private dwelling. This was broken down as €98.40 for roads, €49.91 for water and drainage and sewage and €23.25 towards Parks. ( Our road is 11 feet wide, a strip of old tarmac between grass verges, we are served by a 2inch water main, we don't have main sewage or a local drainage system: however we still had to pay the levy.)

So for a 150 square metre 2/3 bedroom house, every person who got a  Planning Permission, had to pay a development levy of at least €21,450 to FCC. 

I have checked planning files and can find much higher figures, generally from €30,000 to € 50,000.

Now The Incredible Hulk Hogan is blathering that people who have paid stamp duty when buying a house MAY be exempt from the forthcoming household taxes. 

Yes taxes, not tax, these Boyos won't stop at one household tax. Before you can say there's another water leak on the road, you will be paying for water, waste water treatment plants, (your own supplied - so called septic tank), street  lighting ( we don't have any) and rubbish collection by private companies at fees that would choke a brown bin. 

And then when the environmentally friendly motorists out for a Sunday Jaunt tosses his/her black bin sacks into the ditches, you will have to pay for them to be collected also.

Wake up and smell the roses, we need to make very sure that people who have already paid Monstrous Fees, for planning will also be exempt, from the household and septic tank registration fees?

Something like RTE being “funded by a Pole Tax”: interesting to say the least. Was he referring to the household tax?

Makes me wonder is our money which we pay as a Licence Fee for a “Receiving Apparatus” not covering the big salaries?

On the same program Vinny thought He was the National Broadcaster. He ! He said “We (royal we?) are the National Broadcaster. Vinny, Vinny, TV3 broadcasts to the nation. That don't make 'em the National Broadcaster. Dream on about working for the National Broadcaster.

Didn't want to Blog about the Household Charge, sorry for accuracy that Yoke has other names, among them the “Tax on Fear”.

How many people have said they paid it for fear of penalties, or callers at the door, or a bite on their pay or pension or welfare: a lot it seems from what I am hearing on RTE, who of course out of fear also are looking after their Own Agenda.

A come-on Zee what can RTE be afraid of? Loosing a good proportion of the Licence Fee to other Irish stations for one, a really good examination of Twitter-gate for two, and maybe, just maybe, a real examination also of what Public Broadcasting is supposed to be and how RTE allows personal comments and opinions from presenters all the time. Mooney-bags and The Plank can't seem to stop it.

Don't get me started on Hoe Huffy. “This is Mary from Roscommon. She has two childer and has a problem.”

Back to the Lies that they told us:

Getting personal details from Electric Ireland – never a runner under Data Protection Law, which is EU Law by the way. Data given/collected can only be for the reason it was given/collected. Electric Ireland Billing Data can only be used for that purpose.

Ask Aer Lingus, O2 or Eircom about that. The “Pussy Footing Around Data Commissioner” seems to have forgotten that those organisations were subject to investigations when they used data for a purpose outside of what it was given/collected for. Hey Phil! Put that in your Protocol and Smoke IT.

And as for callers at doors, Phil just cooked that one up and gave an idea to more scammers to call an collect “The FEE” from pensioners. More Fear There. Just imagine an old person with a big young-fellow demanding the Household Fee “for Phil Hogan dat I'm here ta collect NOW!”

Even when The Other so called spokesperson Muppets are broadcasting more Fear Factor Vibes on radio or TV they don't know where the tax will go when/if it's collected.

Swindled by a proven swindler...

Well so many years have passed waiting that the Revelations in the Mahon Tribunal is just really a damp squib to anyone who ever applied for planning permission in North County.

I knew, because I was in that system applying for planning and being turned down for silly reasons.

I was advised to go and talk to someone and the name was supplied, and I sat in their house and talked, and got the promises that everything would be ok. The Job would be Oxo.

It wasn't and now I know why. He must never have found the brown envelpe I didnt leave on the table, or if he did I was swindled. So was he: as the envelope I didn't leave was empty. No I lie. It was full of hot air, the same as I got from him.

Now there is his name on the list as having facilitated requests from bigger fish than me.Their envelope it says was stuffed with cash.

Never wanted to blog, but this crowd who call them selves The Guvm't have me exasperated by all the directions they keep jumping in. There will be a children's hospital at the Mater Site, even after MY experts have decided if it's viable, because The Teeshop, and MY Ministers and MY back-benchers agree with the plan. I joined the Bród club and can now says that's Coc Tarbh.

And now another fella in Labour says that the Td's protesting against the Household and (Bród Club Again) Cain as Coc an dTeach , are going to put Innocent People into the Courts: sure Mini Mee, are not all people who are brought to court Innocent until proven otherwise. Well.....that's the general idea.....

Then we have the Long Fella saying he will impose the charges in some way connected to our Utility bills and the Data Commissioner  is going to facilitate this outrage. More Coc. No! All of these statement are just LIES. Lies, Lies, Lies which break the Eight Commandment. Da wha' ?

Well that's it isn't it. no one thinks about telling lies, they have become a normal part of our life. Even the Church itself tells them.
